About Us

We believe that providing first aid is simple.

Teaching it should be kept simple.

We started this company back in 2008 after volunteering at a safety event.  We were teaching 10 and 11 year olds some basic first aid techniques that they could use on family and friends.  At the end of session we were amazed to be asked by the adult helpers if we could teach them some first aid as we had made it look so simple.  HS First Aid Training was born.

Since then we have been delivering first aid courses and training to businesses, healthcare staff, individuals, schools, nurseries and students.
